JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Ricerca e monitoraggio dei bandi di gara sul mercato nazionale ed estero;
 Analisi approfondita della documentazione a base gara e creazione di una scheda sintetica relativa ai criteri di valutazione, requisiti di capacità técnica ed economica;
 Pianificazione e coordinamento con altri partners delle attività di gara conformemente ai tempi richiesti;
 Redazione ed elaborazione dei capitoli descrittivi dell’offerta técnica, in risposta alle richieste della documentazione di gara: servizi, metodologie di esecuzione, procedure operative, sistemi di controllo ed elaborazione tavole;
 Archiviazione di tutte le informazioni rilevanti sulle gare in corso e quelle chiuse;
 Gestione e Mantenimento dell’archivio e del database dei Certificati di Buona Esecuzione e delle Referenze Aziendali

 Collaborazione con professionisti esterni

REQUISITI CANDIDATO:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile, Ambientale, Idraulica e/o Architettura;
- Spiccate capacità di comunicazione, relazione e proattività;
- Capacità di gestione simultaneamente di più gare/bandi con partners differenti;
- Capacità di scrittura e sintesi;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese (scritto e parlato);
- Conoscenza del codice appalti;
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali sistemi informativi (Pacchetto Office, Pacchetto Adobe)
- Pregressa esperienza in Ufficio Gare
- Completano il profilo capacità di lavorare in team, intraprendenza, forte senso di responsabilità e organizzazione.
