**Job Description Summary**: The Mechanical Integration Leader is an exciting opportunity to drive the mechanical integration of a technology demonstrator. The Mechanical Integration Leader will join the AMBER Systems team within the Advanced Technology Operations section. AMBER is the new hybrid-electric technology demonstration program that will integrate the Catalyst engine with electrical power from fuel cells.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Be the leader for the mechanical integration of the system concept and the test vehicles ensuring they are physically and functionally integrated
- Be responsible for the mechanical interfaces of all the different systems and components
- Own the integrated mechanical systems integration plan/schedule evolution that meets the program timeline and objectives
- Ensure the congruence of the development of the different modules that form the propulsion system working across different sites and organizations
- Work with the AMBER Systems organization to ensure the program meets the execution and technical objectives defined on time and budget
- Contribute to the definition and completeness of the requirements for the program and system specification
- Contribute to the technologies and maturation roadmap of AMBER
- Lead and support technical and program reviews
- Present the results and findings to wide audiences from technical experts to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with best practices and processes
- Ensure proper documentation of all work

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Significant experience on mechanical systems integration and a variety of technical disciplines related to propulsion
- Experience in Product Development of complex products/systems in very early phases from conceptual level through New Product Introduction phase
- Aircraft integration and aircraft requirements management experience
- Familiarity with Research and Technology development processes
- Master's Degree in Engineering from an accredited University
- Fluency in English
- Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required

**Desired Characteristics**
- Experience on systems engineering applied to aviation gas turbine engines
- Passionate about Aviation products and innovation
- Practical knowledge of sustainability-driven technologies for aviation (hybrid-electric systems, Hydrogen, SAF,)
- Experience in different gas turbine modules/disciplines and engine performance
- Can do attitude capable to manage uncertainty and changing environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
