SMS group S.p.A., azienda facente parte del Gruppo SMS, leader mondiale nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti per la siderurgia, ricerca risorse da inserire nell'Ufficio Technical Service.

Il ruolo prevede lo svolgimento delle seguenti attività:

- Sopportare lo Sviluppo e Gestione di proposte tecnico-commerciali nel campo degli impianti di produzione a caldo di acciaio e/o di prodotti non ferrosi;
- Collaborare con il team per la identificazione dei componenti (meccanici, elettrici e/o software) delle macchine in essi installate al fine di supportare e sviluppare soluzioni di manutenzione programmata, modernizzazioni ed interventi di ripristino delle macchine;
- Supportare la Gestione di progetti relativa ai nuovi contratti di ammodernamento impianti impostando e coordinando le attività di after-sales in accordo alle milestone contrattuali;
- Collaborare con i diversi uffici tecnici per identificazione parti di ricambio, per ciascun prodotto per redazione liste ricambi di prima fornitura;
- Partecipare alla valutazione dei costi con i dipartimenti interni all’azienda di competenza come ufficio acquisti, ufficio costi e supporto nella selezione dei fornitori e successiva gestione técnica;
- Collaborare con la realizzazione di specifiche tecniche di offerte commerciali per i clienti di competenza;
- Monitorare e documentare l'avanzamento del progetto per garantire la consegna nei tempi e nel budget previsti;
- Riportare i risultati del progetto al management ed eventualmente ai clienti;
- Assistere il senior Manager con compiti d'ufficio come richiesto.

Si richiedono:

- Laurea in ingegneria o Diploma in materie tecniche (preferibilmente meccanica o elettrotécnica/elettronica);
- Se possiede esperienza pregressa in ambito gestionale, ingegneria e/o commerciale presso aziende metalmeccaniche/Elettromeccaniche operanti a commessa o presso impianti di produzione si considera plus per la funzione;
- Conoscenza ed utilizzo del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta; la conoscenza di altre lingue comporteranno un vantaggio;
- Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione;
- capacità di lavorare in team;
- Disponibilità a trasferte presso clienti o altre sedi del gruppo per meeting tecnico-commerciali.
