Marketing Trainee

The Italian affiliate of Novo Nordisk, based in Rome, has an exciting internship opportunity for a period of 6-months.

**The Position**

In this position you will be part of our Rare Disease Marketing team, collaborating with Brand Managers to ensure execution of marketing projects and promotional activities with optimal quality standards and compliance requirements.

Main Responsibilities**:

- Support cross-departmental task force and ensure the highest levels of engagement to accomplish long and short-term goals
- Work closely with Marketing team to support tactical implementation of the Marketing Strategy
- Organize and implements projects plans defined with Brand Managers to different campaign/project by keeping track of project files and documentation like instructions, charts, and logging
- Support marketing team in the identification/definition/creation & implementation of programs/activities at national & local level that drive brand loyalty and improve sales and profitability
- Prepare project timelines and manage projects to guarantee the alignment and coordination of the cross-functional work team to drive effective marketing projects.

**Qualifications**

To be eligible for this role you should have excellent written & verbal communication coupled with strong problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Furthermore:

- Scientific Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business/Marketing
- Customer and result oriented mindset
- Team working skills with the ability to build strong cross functional relationships
- Fluent Italian & English Language

The Rare Diseases Department handles marketing, sales and medical activities for diverse products in Novo Nordisk Italy, within the pharmaceutical’s areas of Haemophilia, Growth disorders and Hormone replacement therapy.
