Il nostro Cliente, importante realtà italiana operante nel settore Packaging, per uno dei suoi stabilimenti, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una Quality Manager.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Plant Manager, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Coordinare e gestire tutte le attività di controllo della qualità dei processi produttivi allo scopo di garantire che le materie prime, i processi ed il prodotto finito raggiungano e rispettino adeguati standard qualitativi;
- Seguire gli Audit di clienti ed enti di certificazione;
- Supervisionare l'analisi delle Materie Prime;
- Interfacciarsi con i clienti per garantire una pronta e completa risposta alle necessità espresse, in relazione alle tematiche di qualità;
- Elaborare le procedure necessarie per il controllo dei flussi di produzione e in collaborazione con il Responsabile di Produzione verificarne l'effettiva messa in pratica;
- Fornire indicazioni utili al processo di Miglioramento Continuo agli enti Produzione e Manutenzione, tramite l’analisi dei dati consuntivi e dei trend qualitativi;
- Redigere la reportistica richiesta dalla Direzione Generale, volta al monitoraggio dei KPI qualitativi.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in discipline Scientifiche o Ingegneristiche;
- Competenza in analisi dei processi e attività di miglioramento / Lean Manufacturing;
- Conoscenza delle procedure e tecniche di controllo qualità;
- Conoscenza degli standard di Qualità e delle normative e certificazioni vigenti;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo l’attitudine al problem solving, capacità di lavorare in team ed ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali.
