- We are seeking a **Planning Contract Manufacturing Products Specialist **for the department **Planning, Procurement & Stock **located in our industrial site in Ancona.

The **main responsabilities** will be:

- Defining the monthly/weekly needs for finished products, monitoring the feasibility and the stability of the procurement plan;
- Defining the optimal stock level for finished products, considering the sales output and the supplier reliability;
- Monitoring the open order portfolio and the delivery schedule in order to guarantee the product availability;
- Monitoring the stock trend of finished products and implementing corrective actions in case of anomalies;
- Monitoring the Planning KPI;
- Master’s degree in management engineering, economics or similar;
- Previous experience in Planning and Procurement (Industrial Operations);
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of ERP system (previous use of SAP/IBP would be useful);
- Familiarity with data processing and analysis;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good analytical capacity;
- Relational and team working skills;
- Flexibility and problem-solving ability;
- Ability to manage deadline;
- Proactivity and result-orientation;
- Propensity to precision and attention to the detail.
