- Conoscenze dei processi produttivi;

**_Cosa farai?_**:
Il Process Expert garantisce, nell'ambito di procedure, metodi predefiniti e delle deleghe ricevute, la realizzazione dei piani operativi assegnati, nel rispetto degli obiettivi prefissati in termini di qualità, sicurezza ed efficienza e contribuisce al miglioramento continuo degli aspetti documentali e tecnici del reparto.

**In questo ruolo tu**
- eseguirai le transazioni a SAP legate alle attività di produzione (prelievi/scarichi/carichi di prodotto e materiali di lavorazione; notification per non conformità di tipo qualitativo);
- garantirai il monitoraggio degli indicatori di performance dei processi assegnati;
- supervisionerai la documentazione del batch record, verificandone la correttezza dei dati contenuti, la sua compilazione e la conformità finale;
- eseguirai il piano di calibrazione periodica degli strumenti di reparto (bilance, pesi, etc);
- richiederai allo shopper l'emissione di ordini di acquisto;
- gestirai la documentazione a supporto del reparto e delle produzioni pianificate;
- svolgerai la tua attività applicando i Valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity, le policy aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza (EHS) e le aspettative di comportamento GSK (GSK Expectation);
- utilizzerai i sistemi informativi di GSK quali SAP, GERIP WEB, SCADA etc.
- ti occuperai della review finale dei logbook terminati, della loro riconciliazione, del riordino e dell’archiviazione;
- in caso di assenza o a supporto del capo reparto, garantirai alle funzioni aziendali interessate la tempestiva segnalazione di scostamenti rispetto al piano operativo e agli obiettivi assegnati, assicurando il necessario apporto alla ricerca delle cause e alla loro risoluzione;
- in caso di assenza o a supporto del capo reparto, assicurerai la supervisione dei processi e delle attività e la loro conformità alle norme e procedure sia qualitative che di sicurezza;
- parteciperai proattivamente alle iniziative di miglioramento del processo sia dal punto di vista tecnico che organizzativo;
- seguirai le regole della corretta escalation e prenderai le decisioni di tua competenza;
- collaborerai con il team di R&D per garantire la continuità di business;
- collaborerai nell’identificazione e risoluzione dei problemi in tempo reale (Rapid Response) applicando il processo GSK di problem solving, coinvolgendo le persone dell’area e le funzioni aziendali di riferimento;
- parteciperai, se richiesto, a ispezioni, audit e self inspection sulle macchine/linee.
