Barilla G.& R. Fratelli is looking for a student or a newly graduate for a 4 month internship opportunity within the Design Thinking team team and Nutrition team, within our RD&Q Group, based in our HQ in Parma.

**Brief Description**
The internships aim at training the person in managing a complex innovation project using Design Thinking approach and learn how to build a better user experience for internal knowledge management tools. The activities will be carried out in a hybrid work context.

**Key Activities**
- UX design - Nutrition & Wellbeing: guided by a design coach by the expert of the Nutrition & Wellbeing team, you will interact with different company stakeholders to understand and design a better user experience to access nutritional material, identifying how to engage an promote knowledge transfer & sharing within the internal ecosystem.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s student in Service Design, Design or related fields.
- Excellent academic track
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proactivity
- Ability to work both alone, and in a team
- Curiosity
