**Job Description**:
verifica del budget annuale e dei forecast periodici dei ricavi insieme alle direzioni degli hotel 4 stelle del Gruppo di e messa in atto delle strategie necessarie al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
Quotidiana attività di monitoraggio del pick-up e conseguente aggiornamento della strategia tariffaria;
Verifica delle performance di struttura rispetto ai risultati storici, agli obiettivi ed alle performance della concorrenza;
Verifica del calendario di vendita su orizzonte temporale futuro di 12 mesi;
Verifica della strategia distributiva su tutti i canali di vendita con l’obiettivo di ottenere l’equilibrio ottimale tra la massimizzazione dei volumi e la riduzione dei costi di disintermediazione;
Verifica dei sistemi distributivi per garantire una disponibilità sempre aggiornata e coerente su tutti i canali di vendita;
Verifica delle strategie di pricing per le richieste di contingenti sia Leisure sia Business;
Verifica puntuale dell’inventario delle camere;
Segue le strategie tariffarie dei reparti reservation/eventi relativamente alla gestione di quotazioni di gruppi e individuali;
Verifica stop sales per allotment;
Verifica ed aggiornamento del comp set di riferimento ad ogni livello in collaborazione con struttura ed ufficio vendite;
Gestione e manutenzione corretta dei software di supporto;
Partecipa alla predisposizione di report giornalieri/settimanali/mensili (Excel e Power Point) sullo stato di avanzamento della struttura;
Partecipa ai revenue meeting periodici di condivisione e coordinamento delle strategie di pricing per struttura, cluster e destinazione
Requisiti:
Laurea triennale, preferibilmente in Turismo, Economia aziendale, Economia, Amministrazione aziendale o Statistica.
capacità di organizzazione del proprio tempo
capacità di analisi di dati storici e di previsione della domanda
Spiccate abilità analitiche
Pensiero strategico e senso commerciale
Buone capacità comunicative e propensione al lavoro in team
Esperienza di almeno 1 anno come Revenue Coordinator di hotel 4 stelle
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare MS Excel
Rappresentano requisiti preferenziali la conoscenza di Protel, CRS Blastness e dei sistemi di Revenue Management per hotel
Inglese parlato e scritto fluente
Disponibilità a trasferte
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
