**Posizione**:
We are seeking a creative and driven Copy and Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence and help us build a strong online presence for NHOA Group and its business units (BUs). This role is ideal for someone who excels at creating compelling content and engaging social media strategies. You will be pivotal in defining our brand’s voice across various platforms and enhancing our interactions with a global audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy and Development: create and publish engaging content for NHOA Group and its BUs' social media accounts. Produce high-quality, impactful content that includes well-crafted text, and coordinate with the Creative department for graphics, images, and videos. You will work closely with Communication and Marketing departments to support the company's growth objectives.
- Scheduling and Posting: plan and schedule social media posts across different platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, on a daily basis, ensuring consistent and timely updates to maintain an active online presence.
- Audience Engagement: monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting: use social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Campaign Execution: work with the communication team to execute social media campaigns and promotions, aligning them with overall marketing and employer branding objectives. Expert use of Facebook Ads, with Google Ads knowledge is appreciated.
- Trend Monitoring: keep up-to-date on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative strategies and tactics.
- Cross-Department Coordination: liaise with other Group’s business unit communication teams to ensure content and social media strategies are cohesive and aligned with the Group’s overall communications plan.

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional writing and content creation skills, capable of ideating and producing engaging and catchy outputs.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms and understanding their trends and dynamics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content management systems.
- Proficiency in the creation and editing of video content.
- Experience in crafting and managing effective e-commerce advertising campaigns, with a solid background in Facebook Ads and a preference for knowledge of Google Ads.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- A keen interest in the field of renewable energies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive in proposing innovative content ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
