ASPIRE, our early career-development program, focuses on accelerating the careers of recent graduates and entry-level professionals over a two-year period. The program has a global footprint with eight functional tracks. The Aspire Engineering & Technology track is for early career, highly motivated engineering talent—people with a passion for technology and innovation, a drive to deliver technical excellence and develop their leadership skills.

**Take your career to the next level**

ASPIRE members complete four rotations of 6-months inside Engineering & Technology function: rotations are determined by career interest, current business need and performance. All rotations include in-depth technical training within the function and meaningful working experience on the most relevant technologies and being in contact with Customers as well.

As part of our Early Career Program, you will be responsible for:

- Participating in intentional and structured career development activities and receive active coaching and mentoring
- Completing formal training in engineering fundamentals essential to the Baker Hughes Engineers and relevant for the business
- Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers, interacting with global business leaders cross-functionally
- Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
- Participating in international experiences and assignments

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electronics, Control, Electrical, Chemical, Energy, Civil, Vehicles Engineering or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- Demonstrated Academic excellence
- Internship experience in any of the technical areas (Engineering preferred) or related equivalent experience
- Passion for engineering with strong technical attitude and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Geographically mobile (locations vary)
- Be fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

As desired characteristics you will demonstrate effective written and oral communication, integrity, critical thinking/analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindset, a high “say-do” ratio (execute on your commitments), teamwork and collaboration, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, drive for results, and initiative.
