The customer support specialist, reporting to the NWC HV Product Manager based in the Prysmian Headquarter of Milan, will be part of the sales team and will support the internal customers in the daily activities.

Being part of the front office has a daily and continuous relationship and exchange with customers from all over the world.

**Job Description**:

- To interact and collect all the requests for the clients;
- To collect and upload in the system the purchase orders;
- To support in preparation of presentation, documentations and any request from customers;
- To support the team with data collection, elaboration and statistics;

The internship is open to become a permanent contract.

Skills and Experience/Competences
- Attention to details;
- Analytical and problem-solving ability;
- Positive attitude to work with the team;
- Proactive approach to work;
- Desire to deal with many people;

IT Systems
- Microsoft Office;
- SAP (appreciated);

Languages
- English;

Education and experience
- Master/ Bachelor Degree (Technical preferred)
