Helpdesk / IT Support - Milan onsite

Cognizant ha una nuova vacante per te Cerchiamo un HELPDESK per un cliente con sede a Milano. Cerchiamo qualcuno con esperienza nel supporto IT di almeno 1/2 anni, minimo, e desideroso di crescere e lavorare in squadra. Inoltre, disponiamo di un ambiente multiculturale e internazionale in cui puoi parlare inglese ogni giorno.

Che cosa cerchiamo per questa posizione?
- Avere esperienza come Helpdesk/IT Support, minimo 1/2 anni;
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e Apple (iOS/iPadOS/MacOS);
- Esperienza con Microsoft Office suite, Zoom o le altre piattaforme di riunioni online, servizi cloud come iCloud e OneDrive, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft SharePoint e altre applicazioni aziendali;
- Conoscenza dei concetti di rete, inclusi TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP e VPN;
- Esperienza nel supporto tecnico durante riunioni in sale congressi e/o in videoconferenza;
- Know-how delle migliori pratiche ITSM ed esperienza con software di ticketing IT (come ServiceNow): sará importante la gestione tempestiva dei ticket e la documentazione di tutte le attivitá di ticketing.
- Ottime capacità di servizio al cliente e di comunicazione (con gli utenti e con il resto del team);
- Proattività, passione ed esperienza in ambienti internazionali;
- Avere un buon livello di inglese e italiano (minimo C1);
- Risiedere a Milano o essere disposto a trasferirsi;
- Disponibilità a lavorare 100 % onsite, 5 giorni a settimana (ufficio del cliente a Milano);
- Plus: esperienza lavorativa in aziende farmaceutiche.

**Quali saranno i tuoi compiti?**
- Supporto tecnico agli utenti, tanto onsite che da remoto;
- Installazione e configurazione di componenti hardware e software;
- Risoluzione dei problemi hardware e software;
- IMAC-D: Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di sistemi informatici, periferiche e dei dispositivi mobile.
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza informatica;
- Riparazione o sostituzione dell'hardware danneggiato;
- Aggiornamento dell'intero sistema per abilitare il software compatibile su tutticomputer;
- Installazione e aggiornamento del software antivirus per garantire la sicurezza dell'utente;
- Esecuzione di test e valutazioni di nuovi software e hardware;
- Fornire supporto agli utenti ed essere il primo punto di contatto in caso di errori/problemi;
- Stabilire buoni rapporti con tutti i dipartimenti e colleghi di lavoro;
- Svolgimento di operazioni di backup giornaliere;
- Gestione dell'inventario: crea previsioni per i mesi futuri;
- Monitoraggio della spedizione del fornitore;
- Spedizione e ricezione: spedizione di apparecchiature OEM danneggiate/difettose ericevere sostituzioni:

- Gestione delle spedizioni e delle consegne delle attrezzature dei fornitori;
- Gestione della documentazione técnica.
