- Per conto di una multinazionale americana siamo alla ricerca di un/una

**ONSITE IT SUPPORT** La persona, in stretta collaborazione con il Responsabile Sistema IT, fornirà assistenza e supporto per la configurazione e risoluzione dei problemi tecnici, ottimizzando le tempistiche e garantendo il flusso continuo delle attività.
In particolare, avrai modo di svolgere le seguenti responsabilità:

- Gestione problematiche e configurazione di applicazioni Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, etc)
- Configurazione di stampanti e code di stampa - Gestione cartelle condivise e relative autorizzazioni (SharePoint)
- Configurazione di rete
- Installazione sistema operativo e relative applicazioni
- Tracciatura dell’avanzamento delle attività sui sistemi di gestione troubleticketing
- Installazione e gestione degli applicativi di sicurezza (Antivirus; Firewall; SCCM) - Fornire supporto on site per la risoluzione degli incident sulle postazioni di lavoro
Le caratteristiche della persona che farà parte del Team:

- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti standard di mercato per la gestione degli Incident e delle Service Request, come Servicenow, Jira, Remedy, etc
- Conoscenza dei processi di Incident e Change management
- E’ gradita la stessa conoscenza in ambiente apple (Mac Os e IOS)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
