All’interno della divisione _Digital Technologies,_ nella Business Line Cloud & Infrastructure, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa per il ruolo di Infrastructure and Service Advisor in ambito Storage e Backup. La figura verrà inserita nell’area Infrastructure Services e si occuperà di progettazione, implementazione e gestione delle soluzioni di infrastruttura IT per assicurare la continuità e la protezione dei dati aziendali. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team tecnici e i fornitori per garantire prestazioni elevate, sicurezza e affidabilità dei sistemi di storage e delle soluzioni di backup.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?- Gestione dell'infrastruttura di storage: Progettare, implementare e monitorare le soluzioni di storage on-premise e su cloud (NAS, SAN, Object Storage, ecc.), assicurando l'ottimizzazione delle risorse e la disponibilità dei dati;- Soluzioni di backup e recovery: Implementare, configurare e gestire sistemi di backup e recovery su ambienti fisici, virtuali e cloud, garantendo il ripristino rapido ed efficace in caso di incidenti o disastri;- Monitoraggio e ottimizzazione: Monitorare le prestazioni dei sistemi di storage e backup, identificando e risolvendo problemi di capacità, performance o integrità dei dati;- Policy di retention e disaster recovery: Sviluppare e implementare politiche di conservazione dei dati, gestione degli snapshot e soluzioni di disaster recovery, assicurando la conformità alle normative aziendali e legali;- Supporto tecnico: Fornire supporto di livello avanzato su storage e backup, risolvendo problematiche complesse e collaborando con altri team tecnici per migliorare le soluzioni esistenti.- Innovazione e miglioramento continuo: Proporre e implementare nuove tecnologie o metodologie per migliorare l'efficienza e la sicurezza delle soluzioni di storage e backup;- Documentazione e reportistica: Creare e aggiornare la documentazione técnica relativa alle infrastrutture gestite, report periodici sulle performance e lo stato dei sistemi di storage e backup.

Qualifiche e competenze richieste:
- Esperienza in sistemi di storage: Conoscenza di tecnologie e piattaforme di storage come SAN, NAS, Object Storage, RAID, deduplica e tecniche di replica;- Conoscenza delle soluzioni di backup: Esperienza con sistemi di backup e recovery come Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup, o soluzioni native di cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);- Infrastrutture cloud e ibride: Esperienza nella gestione di soluzioni di storage e backup in ambienti cloud (AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, Google Cloud Storage) o ibridi;- Disaster recovery e business continuity: Conoscenza delle soluzioni di disaster recovery, tecniche di replica e ripristino dati;- Competenze di networking e sicurezza: Familiarità con i protocolli di rete (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB) e con le best practice di sicurezza per la protezione dei dati;- Capacità di troubleshooting: Capacità di analisi e problem-solving per la risoluzione di problematiche complesse relative allo storage e al backup;- Certificazioni: Certificazioni specifiche su tecnologie di storage e backup (ad es. EMC, NetApp, Veeam, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) rappresentano un plus.
