The trainee will support GxP Document Managers to ensure the management and the distribution of the Quality System GxP documents in Drug Development areas, supporting functions and Global functions.

Principal Duties
- Distribute Quality System GxP documents (DIR, POL, SOP, WI, GUI, FRM, TMP, LST, PCS) in Drug Development areas, supporting functions and Global functions
- Contribute to the management of GxP training matrix and GxP training modules
- Support the business continuity in the current contingent period
- Maintains the GIS and OneSPOL share-point collaborating with IT department
- Work to appropriate regulatory standard (e.g.: GLP, GMP)
- Provide support to GMP area (e.g.: API, Drug Product Manufacturing and Quality Control)
- Actively support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the GMP Quality System
- Review related quality records for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain relevant quality logs and track quality metrics as needed

Other Duties
- Support the Quality area of the Continued Education group in the activities focused on the improvement of the quality culture
- Support the team to prepare training materials
