Manpower ricerca per Importante realtà operante nel settore farmaceutico un **Engineering & Maintenance Support**

L’attività:
La risorsa, in collaborazione con l’Engineering & Maintenance Manager e con i Team Leader nel mantenere efficienza, funzionalità e sicurezza sugli impianti, sia specifici che generali, le macchine, le attrezzature ed i servizi tecnici dello stabilimento, proponendo gli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria necessari al funzionamento del sito produttivo. In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Organizzare e supervisionare, in collaborazione con l’Operations Director, tutte le attività di manutenzione di macchine ed impianti eseguite da ditte esterne curandosi di effettuare tutti i test di funzionalità necessari nel rispetto delle performance produttive e delle normative cogenti.
- Gestire in collaborazione con l’E&M Manager, nel rispetto dei budget assegnati, le spese di manutenzione.
- Fornire all’ Operations Director dati statistici riguardanti i piani di manutenzione ordinaria interna.
- Impostare, coordinare e verificare l’esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione preventiva (programmata) e straordinaria di impianti e macchinari.
- Gestire, secondo specifiche priorità, le richieste di acquisto dei pezzi di ricambi. Supervisione del magazzino di manutenzione.
- Collaborare con l’E&M Manager allo start up, l’installazione, e le verifiche funzionali dei nuovi impianti.
- Garantire l’aggiornamento dell’archivio tecnico contenente la descrizione e l’evoluzione degli impianti e macchinari nonché la descrizione di eventuali modifiche e interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
- Organizzare e svolgere, in collaborazione con l’E&M Manager e con l’Operations Director, i programmi di training per i manutentori.
- Assicurare il rispetto delle norme di igiene e sicurezza e di protezione; richiedere l’osservanza da parte dei propri colleghi delle disposizioni aziendali in materia di utilizzo dei mezzi di protezione collettivi ed individuali messi a loro disposizione, informare tempestivamente DS ed RSPP in caso di malfunzionamento o mancanza di protezioni che potrebbero causare pericoli per gli operatori.
- Assicurare la continua efficienza dei dispositivi di sicurezza e di allarme negli impianti, macchinari, servizi e ambienti.

Il profilo:
La risorsa possiede una Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica e ha maturato mínima esperienza (6-12 mesi) in un ruolo analogo all'interno di un'azienda di produzione.

Ha conoscenza degli aspetti tecnici degli impianti idraulici, elettrici e meccanici. Possiede una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e una discreta conoscenza di AutoCad.

Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, di leadership e proattività.

Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, 8-17, richiesta flessibilità oraria.

Il contratto:
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato o indeterminato con inserimento diretto in azienda. CCNL chimico farmaceutico (14 mensilità). Mensa aziendale.

Stipendio: €35.000,00 - €40.000,00 al mese
