To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Talent Acquisition and Management Intern to join the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Our office in Milan, Italy
Department Size: 20 (Approx.)
Reporting into: Head of Executive Recruitment & Talent Management
Work Type: Hybrid
Contract Type: 6-months Internship
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and updating existing ones to align with company needs- Coordinate job postings on various platforms and assist in monitoring applicant response rates- Schedule both phone and face-to-face interviews, manage multiple calendars of hiring managers and assessors-
- Assist in the administration and management of assessment tools used in the selection process- Support the HR team in managing the recruitment process from end to end- Assist in the activation of internship programs, including posting internship opportunities and managing applicant responses- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in the applicant tracking system- Support the HR team in managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors- Provide assistance with employer branding projects, including research and content creation
Talent Management:
- Support in the design and delivery of Induction and other relevant Onboarding processes- Support in the management and analysis activities of the LMS platform for online training- Support in the creation of digital content and learning solutions- Support in the management of externally provided training and in the operation of Interprofessional Funds for funded training- Support the development and delivery of internal L&D interventions using a blended learning approach that includes appropriate media and online training where necessary, always taking into account the company's culture and values.- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D delivery to ensure continuous development and adequate ROI.- Demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills to effectively partner with the L&D team.- Constantly seek and deliver feedback to other L&D team members in order to maintain our culture of the development.-
- Manage L&D databases and input information, data, and records- Assist in creating reports, presentations and documents following guidelines and templates.- Set up and organize training rooms for L&D interventions (e.g. book rooms, prepare materials, etc.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment- Dynamic, enthusiastic and team worker- Ability to identify problems, demonstrate the use of initiative, and implement appropriate solutions- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English- A master’s in Human Resources is a strong plus- Strong communication e interpersonal skills- Reliability and attention to details- Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and international environment- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
