**MISSION**

Il Quality Manager dedicato alla Maison **dunhill** è responsabile della qualità complessiva dei Leather Goods del brand, dalla fase di sviluppo alla fase di produzione del prodotto finito (LLG, SLG, Cinture) presso i fabbricanti. Nel suo ruolo, riporterà al Direttore Industriale del brand e si coordinerà con le funzioni di Sviluppo Prodotto e Supply Chain interne al brand, con i team dedicati alla selezione e qualità dei _Raw Materials_ (Leather, metal hardware etc.) e con il Laboratorio per l’esecuzione di test su materiali e prodotto finito.

**Principali Responsabilità**

**Qualità durante la fase di sviluppo e campionatura (LLG, SLG, cinture)**
- Assicurare, assieme al responsabile R&D e alle figure tecniche Leather e Metal Hardware, la conformità delle nuove materie prime/componenti introdotte all’interno delle collezioni seguendo le linee Guida Richemont e definendo i test da eseguire per testare conformità e funzionalità dei materiali;
- Garantire la corretta realizzazione delle nuove identificative LLG, SLG e cinture collaborando con le figure tecniche di Industrializzazione e Modelleria.

**Fase di pre-produzione**
- Gestire la fase di pre-produzione, convalidando le serie pilota di tutti i nuovi materiali e prodotti finiti con relativo report di qualità e generando il master per i fabbricanti.

**Qualità durante il processo di produzione**
- È responsabile della definizione delle linee guida della qualità del prodotto finito ed, attraverso la risorsa del suo team assegnata a questa funzione, deve sapere guidare il centro logistico nella corretta valutazione dei difetti del prodotto.
- Quando necessario, insieme al Supply Chain Manager e al responsabile Modelleria, deroga ai difetti che superano l’indice di tolleranza stabilita nelle suddette linee giuda.
- Gestione efficiente sia del flusso dei controlli nel centro logistico sia di quelli richiesti in AQL presso fabbricanti.

**Gestione dei dati di qualità e valutazione delle performance dei Fornitori e Fabbricanti**

Il responsabile di Qualità ha in carico la definizione dei KPI di monitoraggio delle performance del prodotto dal punto di vista qualitativo e stabilisce azioni sui processi per il miglioramento continuo della qualità del prodotto. Inoltre, condivide con altre funzioni interne al brand report e informazioni sulla performance dei fabbricanti.

**Profilo**
- 8+ anni di esperienza nella Qualità all’interno del settore Pelletteria
- Ottima conoscenza técnica dei processi di sviluppo e produzione dei prodotti di piccola e grande pelletteria
- Capacità di Problem Solving di fronte a problematiche qualitative emergenti durante la fase di produzione
- Buona conoscenza di **Excel** (La conoscenza di SAP sarà considerata un Plus)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua **Inglese** (scritta e parlata)
- Sicurezza nell’individuazione di KPI di qualità e relativa analisi
- Proattività e capacità di interazione con interlocutori interni ed esterni all’azienda
