**Posizione**:
La figura, coordinandosi con ufficio tecnico e commerciale, si occuperà di:

- Supportare clienti e centri assistenza su interventi tecnici
- Gestire il rapporto con il cliente in lingua in fase post - vendita
- Gestire le pratiche di garanzia e di assistenza técnica dal punto di vista documentale e procedurale
- Effettuare la revisione dei reclami ed il caricamento a gestionale
- Tracciare gli interventi effettuati

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza pregressa (anche breve) in ruoli di back-office
- Predisposizione all’acquisizione di nozioni tecniche
- Dimestichezza con applicativi software
- Predisposizione al rapporto con clienti
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e francese parlata e scritta
