Balluff is a medium-sized company, **family-run for four generations**, founded in Neuhausen auf den Fildern (Stuttgart Area), Germany. Our current organization has grown into a global Company, **a leading global player in the sensor-technology and an automation specialist** with tradition and long-standing customer relationships as well as a main innovation partner for our customers.

We are currently looking to for an **Account Manager for Sales Partners and Distributors Europe** in order to support our **EMEA Commercial Organization.**

**Posizione**:
**What you can expect**:
The person covering the position will be responsible and expeted to:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with our sales partners and distributors, mainly in the Balkan and Baltic area of EMEA
- Adapt and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Advise and consult (technical and administrational) customers
- Coordinate training and support to partners and distributors, act as main contact
- Join customer-visits both at sales partners and their end-customer
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide feedback to the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that partner needs are met
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner feedback

**Requisiti**:
**You make the right fit for this position if you are in posession of**:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales in the technology industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A good level of technical knowledge (industrial automation field).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and distributors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- high English level (work proficiency)
- a motivated and results-driven individual attitude with a passion for building relationships and driving sales,
