Come **Carrier Manager - Night Shift** ti occuperai di attività stimolanti e gratificanti: gestire i rapporti con i vettori e dare loro supporto.
Collaborerai a stretto contatto con il capo delle operazioni, i team operativi e di qualità per garantire il miglior servizio di trasporto sul mercato.
Il tuo orario di lavoro sarà organizzato in turni: 15:00 - 00:00 e 00:00 - 09:00 dal lunedì al venerdì; nel fine settimana il Night Shift copre le 24 ore a rotazione. La squadra, attualmente, è composta da 9 persone.
**Requisiti:**:**Che cosa farai?**
- Analizzare casi aziendali per sviluppare le soluzioni di prodotto più interessanti per clienti nuovi e ricorrenti;
- Analizzare casi operativi per risolvere problemi logistici e ottimizzare l'efficienza aziendale;
- Utilizzare le proprie conoscenze relative all'attività del cliente per identificare opportunità e offrire soluzioni e/o miglioramenti che supportano i clienti e la crescita della nostra attività;
- Gestione delle operazioni quotidiane in loco.
