**Carrier Growth Manager**

As a Carrier Growth Manager you will be responsible for procurement activities while maintaining a high level of service to customers, measuring and monitoring vendor performance.

You'll be collaborating closely with carrier managers, operations management, finance and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality.

sennder Italia is a Joint Venture company between sennder GmbH and Poste Italiane. Our company matches the digital and innovative soul focus on technologies and digitalization of sennder GmbH with the expertise and know-how of the largest distribution network in Italy: Poste Italiane.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Scout new suppliers and walk them through sennder network with the aim of building up solid and long-standing relationships;
- Analyze carriers' bids and rate offers;
- Define costs and quality targets (KPls and Service Level Agreements);
- Define lanes for tender bids, RFI, RFQs and pricing events;
- Prepare and execute negotiations and contracts;
- Secure ad-hoc pricing for spot or new business opportunities;
- Support the team with high-level suppliers' issues and inquiries;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and handle escalated problems;
**PREFERABLY YOU ARE**:

- A specialist of FTL transport, with previous experiences in complex supplier management;
- Experienced in e-sourcing, contract management, and other procurement tools
- A good negotiator, with proven analytical skills;
- Excellent in written and verbal presentations;
- An excellent communicator;
- Professionally fluent both in Italian and in English (required).
