Dopo un primo anno di piena attività, conclusosi con ottimi risultati economici e di sviluppo, l'azienda punta ora a investire nello sviluppo di un team indipendente assumendo diversi ruoli e competenze tra cui quello di **Partnerships Manager.**

**Ruolo e Responsabilità**:

- Gestione delle relazioni con i partner per garantire la soddisfazione dei risultati della collaborazione.
- Negoziazione di nuove partnership per stabilire relazioni reciprocamente vantaggiose.
- Sviluppo di strategie per aumentare la notorietà dei marchi gestiti e ampliare il pubblico per i prodotti o servizi specifici dei partners.
- Valutazione delle prestazioni delle partnership esistenti per identificare opportunità di miglioramento.
- Sviluppo e gestione di campagne di cross marketing efficaci per promuovere i prodotti e servizi dei partner.
- Comunicazione con le aziende partner per garantire la soddisfazione reciproca.
- Implementazione di piani strategici in linea con gli obiettivi dei partner.
- Monitoraggio delle tendenze di mercato e delle attività dei concorrenti per identificare opportunità di nuove partnership.
- Acquisizione, gestione e sviluppo di partnership strategiche con aziende, enti, influencer, artisti, atleti, fondazioni e terzo settore in Italia e all'estero.

**Qualifiche e Competenze**:

- Laurea triennale.
- Comprovata esperienza in ruoli analoghi/similari con evidenze di successo.
- Capacità di costruzione relazioni, comunicazione efficace, networking, abilità commerciali e negoziali.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello minimo C1.

**Tipo di Contratto**: Tempo determinato di 6 mesi con possibilità di estensione a tempo indeterminato.

**Retribuzione e Benefit**:

- CCNL Commercio 1° livello.
- Lavoro ibrido (sede, trasferte su territorio nazionale ed estero, e remoto).
- Computer aziendale.
- Telefono aziendale.
- Buoni pasto quando in sede o in trasferta.

E' richiesta la disponibilità immediata poichè la data d'inizio è compresa tra il 12 ed il 20 febbraio 2024.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato

Stipendio: €2.300,00 al mese
