Neolaureati brillanti e motivati ad intraprendere un percorso professionale interno di un programma altamente formativo, rivolto a giovani di talento che abbiano forte curiosità ed interesse nel ricoprire ruoli di responsabilità tecnico manageriale.

CGT KNOWLEDGE PROGRAM

Il Knowledge Program di CGT rappresenta lo step iniziale pensato per i giovani neolaureati di talento motivati ad intraprendere un percorso dinamico e stimolante con lobiettivo di diventare i manager del domani.

Il programma ha una durata mesi, durante i quali le giovani risorse avranno l'opportunità di mettersi alla prova lavorando in un contesto dinamico, innovativo che gli permetterà di accrescere e sviluppare competenze tecniche e trasversali.

A seconda del background accademico prenderanno parte ad uno dei 4 focus paths previsti:
AREA TECNICA, VENDITE, FINANCE, MARKETING.

Ogni Focus Path prevede 2 rotazioni cross funzionali finalizzate ad acquisire una visione del business di insieme.

Ricerchiamo laureati magistrali con titolo conseguito da non più di 12 mesi in:
Ingegneria meccanica, elettrica, elettronica, energetica, dei materiali, aerospaziale, gestionale Matematica, Statistica, Big data Economia, Aziendale, Finanza, Marketing, Scienze e Tecnologie
Per accedere iter selettivo è necessaria una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Competenze trasversali:
Orientamento ad una carriera cross funzionale; Propensione al team working; Capacità di adattamento e flessibilità; Orientamento a lavorare per obiettivi
Iter di selezione:
phone interview motivazionale e di approfondimento del progetto; test di Inglese partecipazione ad una giornata di assessment in remoto programmata per il 3 DICEMBRE inserimento in Confidenziale previsto per Dicembre.
