As Digital Manufacturing Global Lead Product Owner/Manager, based in Bologna, you will be aligned to the Global Digital Manufacturing department for Philip Morris International, and will be reporting to the Head of Digital Manufacturing. In this role you will lead and own overall strategy, vision and management of digital manufacturing multi products and families for Global Manufacturing.

Main Accountabilities:
Product roadmap & vision of digital manufacturing multi products and families
- Define Multi - Products / Families vision aligned with global digital strategy
- Anticipate and forecast business needs for the Digital Manufacturing product families under respective individual responsibilities

Customer & stakeholder management
- Manage customers and partner's expectations for products’ families
- Communicate effectively with key individuals |(Manuf. VP, Dir Man.,) to validate business objectives.

Lead multiple products’ teams to build, enhance and lead digital manufacturing multi products & families, capabilities and services
- Lead and coordinate product owners under respective team supervision
- Coordinate with other Product Owners, Portfolio Manager, Data & Analytics - Manager, OSRD and IT to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams
- Ensure business case content and delivery
- Lead overall budget of products families

Owns End-to-End lifecycle of Digital Manufacturing Products acting as Product Owner
- Oversee development stages
- Define priorities and remove barriers
- Manage product backlog
- Steer product team in regards of tasks

Lead and build an adaptable, flexible and agile Product Team organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talent in order to deliver Digital Solutions required by Manufacturing Zero Loss Journey currently and in the future.
- Ensure that the product team organization is adequately organized, staffed and motivated, taking into account PMI personnel policy, to ensure optimal collaboration, communication and performance, stimulating team working environment and collaboration
- Ensure that the organization has the necessary skills to implement the objectives in an efficient manner & to develop a high performance team, defining the career development path and required competencies

Essential Requirements:

- 7+ years' experience in Manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5 years leading teams in deploying IIOT solutions
- Deep experience in leading Industry 4.0 solutions deployment in manufacturing environment (IIOT,
- Data Analytics, Microservices solution)
- Deep Manufacturing Processes Knowledge
- Change management experience (Change Manager level)
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing digital transformation trends
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision

Preferred Requirements:

- Cyber security / information security knowledge
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Essential Requirements:

- Master degree in Engineering / Computer science, or equivalent experience
- Agile certification of PBO/ Project/Program Management certification / experience
- OPEN+/Operational Excellence knowledge

Preferred Requirements:

- Operational Excellence/Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Big Data Analytics certification
