We are looking for an IT CRM SPECIALIST based in MILAN (Hybrid).

The IT CRM Specialist works closely with the IT CRM team and Business team to maintain and evolve the Client tools inside the company.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support the development of new projects on CRM platforms for campaign, clienteling and digital apps
Collect, refine and manage business requirements coming from different Business functions
Be the focal point for end user support in CRM environments, manage and monitor the CRM tools with the support of the IT CRM team and external partners
Contribute to the definition, design and implementation of Client Solutions 360
Involvement in international projects with different functions and department across the world

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Previous experiences in similar role for around 3/5 years within international environment
Degrees in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Background in Luxury Retail industry is a plus
Experience in CRM platforms (SAP & Adobe are preferred)
Technical background, experience in system integration is a plus
High attention to detail, deadlines and precision in carrying out the assigned tasks
Problem Solving, activities planning and organization skills
Excellent teamwork skills to foster cross-team relationship
Curiosity and passion about technology and digital enviroments
Make-things-happen approach
Good communication skill
Fluent English and Italian
