Lavoriamo con una clientela molto varia, un giorno siamo alla prese con un azienda, per il quale stiamo stilando il report di sostenibilità, il giorno dopo siamo insieme al nostro cliente sarto con i baffi strani a immaginare l'apertura di un canale Tik Tok per il settore dell'abbigliamento luxury.

La figura dovrà lavorare all'interno del team e in coordinamento con le attività aziendali.

Il ruolo:
Per gli uffici di Napoli e Pagani, siamo alla ricerca di un Operations Specialist che entrerà a far parte del team supportando nei progetti della società.

Responsabilità:

- Gestire le operazioni autonomia (sarà previsto un affiancamento per istruire la figura);
- vigilare sull'ordinato svolgimento delle attività interne ed amministrative;
- Aggiornare quotidianamente i database e i processi;
- Segnalare incidenti e supportare la risoluzione dei problemi in coordinamento con altri membri del team;
- Monitorare lo stato delle prestazioni e l'avanzamento delle attività e dei progetti come da piano attraverso report periodici.

Requisiti:

- Ottima gestione del lavoro in autonomia;
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
- Affidabilità e accuratezza;
- Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione scritta e orale;
- Grande dinamismo (o anche non lasciare mail in sospeso per giorni o settimane, c'è un team che ti supporta, basta chiedere, se ci sono blocchi);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, soprattutto scritta (C1);

**Requirements**:

- Esperienza almeno 1 anno in ruoli similari
- Lingua inglese, buon livello scritto e parlato, fluente in Italiano
- Calcolo performance produttive

Contratto di lavoro: Apprendistato

Stipendio: €1.100,00 - €1.800,00 al mese
