Global Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our international team with the role of Global Partner Sales Manager, focused on managing partnerships and sales activities related to our global simulation portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with partners to build and manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Provide partners with necessary resources for enablement and support to effectively sell and market Dassault Systèmes solutions. Follow up partner’s simulation certifications.
- Monitor partner performance, evaluate metrics and conduct regular reviews with CRE simulation team manager to assess partner effectiveness.
- Work with CRE and SIMULIA marketing teams and partners to identify customers agreeing to communicate on the benefits linked to the use of our simulation solutions in order to create cases studies.
- Track closing rate and conduct a win/loss analysis to provide feedback to Simulia R&D team.
- Plan and monitor webinars, seminars and marketing campaigns performance.
- Keep geo simulation teams informed about customer adoption by tracking usage of 3DEXPERIENCE Works Simulation roles.
- Ensure good communication of important information to internal teams and partners through the most suitable communities.
- Identify opportunities within Education and Startup environment in collaboration with global and geo CRE Education and Entrepreneurs teams.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales operation, or direct sales.
- Strong understanding of software sales, especially in SolidWorks and Simulation portfolios.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships and drive results.
- Ability to plan and execute joint initiatives with partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet partners
- Fluency in English (another language will be considered a plus)
