Hundreds of companies worldwide are already using our technology to decrease their reliance on third-parties social media and operate their own positive and curated digital communities.

Since the launch of Amity Social Cloud in 2020, we went from 15 to 250+ employees across four offices - Bangkok, London, Milan and Sao Paulo - and from 0 to 100+ global clients, including leading companies such as Harley-Davidson, Pernod Ricard, Noom, Betano and more. We raised over $20M backed by leading venture capitals.

**Your impact**:
As the SDR at Amity, you will act as a sales engine responsible for lead generation by engaging new clients in the EMEA region. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic team member who is result driven and wants to work for a company where it is possible to progress fast and make an impact.

You should love working with no two days the same and be ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done fast. This position is an entry step for a potential great career path within our growing international tech scale-up.

**Your team**:
You will report directly to Daniele, SDR Manager, joining our expanding Global Business Development team in Milan. Joining Amity in our Milan office offers an international, fast-paced and collaborative environment. Passionate about creating positive digital experiences, we aim to compete to be the best in the social media arena and work hard to make this a reality tomorrow. That being said, we know that building a unicorn, whilst fun, isn't easy. The team has developed to be a close knit unit so if you join us, when not working, you can find us headed out together for aperitivi and a drink to unwind and relax.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Identify qualified leads and create new sales opportunities through creative research methods (a combination of outbound activity and follow-up activities)
- Initiate and nurture strong relationships with prospects to develop an active pipeline for Amity's sales department.
- Pitch new ideas and contribute with valuable insights into the market to persuade key decision-makers across all levels and business types
- Grow database of prospects within your assigned territory and maintain precise records in our CRM
- Hit and consistently exceed weekly and monthly targets

**Your ideal profile**:

- Recent graduate interested in an extracurricular type of internship
- Interest in sales/account management/relationship management or related fields, any previous experience in the field is welcome
- Business fluent language skills in English and fluent French and Spanish language are highly desirable.
- Independent, fast-learning, self-motivation, positive, and never give up attitude
- Passion for startups and their culture (Being well networked in the startup ecosystem and a regular at key startup events is a big plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are key to being successful in this role
