**MISSION**:Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the organization, responsibility and management of the entire housekeeping department as well as the external cleaning company, where present, ensuring continuous compliance with all highest standards**
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To achieve an efficient guest satisfaction in compliance with the highest standards
- To ensure and monitoring the required housekeeping quality standards
- To guarantee clEan and tidy all areas to the standards cleanliness
- To design the annual cleaning programme: washing of curtains, interior pillow cases, floor polishing, windows cleaning, chair washing, etc...
- To coordinate extraordinary clean
- ups
- To carry out administrative tasks for controlling his/her department: inventory control, checking supplier invoices, and follows up corporate purchaising policies
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in the role in the same Hotel Category
- Good knowledge of English and a second language will be an asset
- Helpful with customer service orientation
Prioritization and time management skills
Leadership and communications skills
Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
