**Posizione**:
La risorsa, all’interno dell’Area Institutional Relations and Communication, sarà di supporto al responsabile nello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:

- Monitorare i processi legislativi sui temi di interesse strategico per l’azienda;
- Individuare i rischi e le opportunità della produzione legislativa italiana ed europea, con particolare riferimento al settore energetico, per favorire lo sviluppo del business allineando il vertice e le aree aziendali;
- Identificare e proporre iniziative di adeguamento normativo, organizzando eventualmente incontri con rappresentanti delle istituzioni nazionali ed europee;
- Supportare il responsabile nella gestione delle relazioni con gli stakeholder di riferimento;
- Partecipare ad incontri e conferenze, individuando e riportando i punti rilevanti per il business aziendale;
- Elaborare la documentazione istituzionale e societaria;
- Collaborare con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali per sviluppare strategie che siano allineate al quadro normativo e agli obiettivi aziendali;
- Favorire la presenza dei vertici aziendali agli eventi istituzionali.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea Magistrale in discipline giuridico-politiche;
- Esperienza, almeno biennale, in analoghe società di settore, di consulenza o in associazioni/enti politico-istituzionali;
- Conoscenza approfondita dei processi normativi/legislativi, italiani ed europei, e delle tecniche di drafting normativo;
- Ottima conoscenza delle modalità di funzionamento degli uffici legislativi delle istituzioni italiane ed europee;
- Capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente nel rispetto delle priorità e delle scadenze;
- Ottime capacità di scrittura e comunicazione formale;
- Capacità di lavorare in team e spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali;
- Capacità di problem-solving e orientamento al risultato;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
