**Cosa stiamo cercando**

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che ricopra il ruolo di **Internal Communication Specialist** da inserire all’interno dell’**Area Marketing e Comunicazione** della Banca, un team giovane e creativo all’interno di una realtà in continua evoluzione. Tale risorsa selezionata affiancherà anche lo Chief Happiness Officier (certificato ISO 9001:2015) del Team Comunicazione in collaborazione anche con il team HR.

**Di cosa ti occuperai**
- Preparare i contenuti per il sito Web aziendale, infografiche, blog e newsletter;
- Preparare i contenuti per la intranet aziendale;
- Gestire attività di Engagement;
- Collaborare alla produzione e post-produzione di video di comunicazione interna;
- Collaborare all’organizzazione di eventi aziendali;
- Monitorare l’andamento dell’attività progettuali;
- Collaborare con il team Marketing & Comunicazione per scambiare idee sui contenuti, progetti, in linea con la strategia e il piano editoriale dell'azienda;
- Supportare nella progettazione e strutturazione di processi volti alla promozione del benessere e della felicità in azienda;
- Supportare nel monitoraggio e raccolta dei feedback delle iniziative messe in atto, attraverso raccolta dati e produzione di grafici e report;
- Favorire un buon clima organizzativo sviluppando la partecipazione attiva di tutti gli attori organizzativi;
- Contribuire alla strutturazione di azioni finalizzate ad un miglior bilanciamento vita-lavoro;
- Diffondere buone pratiche su una corretta esecuzione e attivazione di comportamenti virtuosi;
- Fare della felicità una strategia organizzativa coerente.

**Cosa chiediamo**
- Laurea in Marketing o Comunicazione;
- Passione e approfondita conoscenza dei social media in campo professionale;
- Ottime capacità comunicative (scritta e verbale);
- Ottima capacità di copywriting e storytelling;
- Spiccate doti interpersonali con capacità di lavorare con agenzie e dipartimenti esterni/interni;
- Senso di pensiero strategico, iniziativa, indipendenza e proattività;
- Buona conoscenza di WordPress e pacchetto Adobe (come Photoshop e Illustrator);
- Ottima conoscenza della suite Office;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni;
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche del mondo della comunicazione;
- Precisione nello svolgimento attività e ordine nella gestione documentale ed informatica;
- Programmazione del lavoro e gestione del tempo;
- Capacità di lavorare in team.
