Department Overview Our HR BP team is an international HR team who works with the employees and managers on a variety of HR questions and matters. We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist, covering the HR related day by day activities at an Italian production site but also working with the international HR team on dedicated projects while supporting those in certain processes. This role is a great fit for a settled HR administrator, used to working in a dynamic and international environment with a huge degree of autonomy.
**Job Description**:
Coworking to provide support to the Central Southern HR BP team for allrounded HR queries, in particular at the beginning at the Southern area.

Support to employees39; on HR daily basic inquiries throughout the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding administration to exit administration at the production site in Italy; ensuring positive employee relations and understanding of companies procedures and culture.

Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as support to payroll processing, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities.

Providing assistance for dedicated reports and HR documents, in particular in Italy, but also the Central Southern region of Europe e.g. Governmental reports Assistance, Employment Verification, Addendums, Letters of Invitations, and individual certifications preparation, HR Policies and Procedures

Provide assistance with the Governance and Compliance procedures and processes of the Italian production site.

Maintain the Confidential HR files on site ready and updated with relevant inputs for the employees.

Contributing to HRrelated projects

Basic Requirements

Experience as HR Operation specialist or HR Administration, in best case working in international environments.

University degree and or Education in a related field will be an added value.

Able to work with Google Office package.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via verbal and written communication in English and Italian both are requested on daily activities.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidential information and high ethical values.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a spirit of cooperation between people and teams.

Customer service approach with good strong problem solving skills.
