The primary objective of Freeda Platform is to assist our brand partners in becoming more relevant to the new generations. We achieve this through a social strategy that focuses on enhancing content and establishing a model based on actively listening to the needs of their consumer audiences.
**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
We are seeking an experienced **Insight Manager** to join our dynamic Platform business unit.
As an Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our partners’ projects.
You will be responsible for managing the Insight team conducting in-depth social communication analysis to extract valuable insights that will inform and support strategic decisions.
Your expertise in data interpretation and results analysis will guide social communication activities, ensuring alignment with platform strategies, target audiences, and objectives.
You will have the opportunity to work in a young and dynamic team driven by technology and creativity.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Social analysis and strategic planning of projects related to Platform’s New Business;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content produced and published for the clients of Freeda Platform and communicate the results of periodic analyses through the production of reports and insights documents;
- Participate in the development of client strategy in synergy with the creative team;
- In collaboration with the Data Science area, monitor the evolution of social platform algorithms and prepare quantitative analyses to best adapt the strategy to new scenarios;
- Monitor the competitors of clients and the evolution of the digital media market at a national and international level;
- Conduct preliminary analyses for the launch of new products or significant evolutions of current ones, using both quantitative and qualitative research tools;
- Analyze social ad campaigns for the various client projects;
- Team management;
- Conduct consultancy-oriented analyses on the social performance of brand partners to suggest the best possible strategy for the brands’ social presence.
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- At least 5 - 7 years of experience in companies or consulting firms operating in digital fields or highly focused on innovation;
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret social content and platforms;
- Excellent ability to understand the Communication and Marketing needs of the client and, based on these, to develop the Strategy aimed at achieving the client’s objectives;
- Excellent knowledge of major social platforms;
- Editorial sensitivity to qualitatively interpret results related to content within the social communication strategy;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent fluency of spoken and written English.
**WHAT WOULD HELP YOU MORE**
- Degree in economic/statistical disciplines;
- Ability to use major Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview);
- A good knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
