We have managed this because the Elica Group is now in a class of its own in the market thanks to its experience, attention to design, refinement in the use of materials and its interest in state-of-the-art technologies that guarantee maximum efficiency and energy savings. The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**THE IMPACT:
He/She coordinates digital content creation and social media activities, choosing the best channels to convey messages in order to increase Elica's digital presence.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Define and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on digital media, SEM, SEO, social media management and CRM (Salesforce).
- Manage and optimize the performance of web and digital platforms, ensuring an excellent user experience.
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects related to digital communication and marketing tools, ensuring alignment with other areas of the company.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize ongoing strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and digital service providers.
**Requisiti**:
- Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-have
- Knowledge of CMS (Salesforce) will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of Google Ads/Google analytics will be considered a plus
- At least 5 years of previous experience in B2C/B2B contexts
- Proactivity and ability to coordinate teams will complete the profile
