Your Duties & Responsibilities:
Working alongside senior colleagues, you will have the responsibility of:
Innovation strategy, Innovation governance, Innovation and intrapreneurship programmes, Business innovation, Value proposition and Business model design and validation, Technology strategy, Technology road mapping, Technology exploitation. Designing and carrying out market surveys and analysis, technology scouting, of clients' processes, culture and assets and organisational and business criticalities, in the form of reports and presentations. Designing and delivering training activities and workshops to clients on innovation management and digital transformation of processes and operations. Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, management or engineering 5 years of experience as a consultant in the field of innovation or technology strategy with a strong focus on Manufacturing Area Understanding of and personal interest in the digital environment and how digital technologies can be applied to process product and business model innovation Thorough understanding and personal interest in the context of entrepreneurship, start-ups and innovation ecosystems Ability to analyse and interpret complex organisational and business situations and develop innovative solutions to generate change Project management Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English Excellent knowledge of Excel - nice to have:
Power BI, SPSS, Tableau Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to structure effective presentations Desired soft skills:
