DB Spa è alla ricerca di una risorsa a rinforzo del team Client Service Executive che supporta la divisione Wealth Management. La risorsa si occuperà di supportare i banker nella gestione amministrativa ed operativa dei rapporti con la clientela.

Your key responsibilities
- Gestione autonoma, affidabile e tempestiva di tutte le fasi di apertura conto corrente, client onboarding, chiusura dei rapporti, successione, validazione e gestione delle anomalie, nel rispetto delle normative vigenti
- Gestione autonoma, affidabile e tempestiva di tutte le attività tipiche legate all’operatività ordinaria e straordinaria di un rapporto di conto corrente (bonifici e altri pagamenti, gestione carte di credito, assegni ecc.)
- Gestione ed esecuzione corretta e tempestiva degli ordini (equities, bonds, ETF, prodotti strutturati e fondi), trasferimenti di portafoglio (telex and account transfer) e gestione accurata delle attività di corporate action
- Gestione in autonomia, con la necessaria accuratezza e precisione, dei controlli giornalieri di fine giornata sull’operatività eseguita
- Gestione della relazione del cliente con autonomia e autorevolezza verso il cliente per la gestione delle attività connesse all’operatività ordinaria e straordinaria.
- Gestione e aggiornamento affidabile, puntuale ed efficiente di tutte le informazioni rilevanti legate al rapporto con la clientela
- Gestione accurata e costantemente aggiornata delle attività di archivio, spedizione e di tutte le altre operazioni necessarie per il corretto svolgimento delle attività amministrative
- Capacità di interfacciarsi autonomamente con i clienti

Your skills and experience
- Laurea in Economia o Giurisprudenza
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti del pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore Wealth Management / Private banking in strutture di Middle Office, Staff o Business Support
