Il ruolo prevede una gestione sia strategica che operativa del team, garantendo standard qualitativi elevati per tutti i progetti e contribuendo direttamente ad alcuni di essi fungendo in prima persona da motore di innovazione.

In Playground collaboriamo con brand nazionali e internazionali per realizzare esperienze digitali di alto impatto, dal web design all’E-Commerce, dal DOOH all’advertising, abbracciando visual design, motion graphics, UX/UI e contenuti digitali.

Il nostro team di design è composto da figure multidisciplinari di diversa seniority e con skill complementari e richiede perciò una leadership esperta.

Cerchiamo una persona con una consolidata esperienza nel design digitale e nella user experience, dotata di ottime capacità comunicative e ascolto su più livelli e orientata ai risultati.
- Responsabilità principali

**Team leadership**:supervisionare e ispirare un team multidisciplinare, creando un ambiente che valorizzi le competenze individuali e promuova la collaborazione

**Condivisione e crescita del team**: organizzare incontri per favorire lo scambio di conoscenze, dei trend di mercato e le best practice, supportando la crescita professionale del team

**Selezione, valutazione e formazione**:collaborare con HR nelle attività di recruiting, nella valutazione delle performance e nella definizione di percorsi formativi per il team

**Contributo operativo**: partecipare ai progetti chiave realizzando wireframe, prototipi e concept visivi in strumenti come Figma, garantendo soluzioni user-centered

**Standard di eccellenza creativi**: garantire benchmark elevati e stimolare innovazione e problem-solving per soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti

**Ottimizzazione dei processi**:analizzare flussi di lavoro e dinamiche del team, implementando strategie per migliorare produttività, creatività e risultati

**Pianificazione strategica delle risorse**: collaborare con i team sales e project management nella stima dei progetti e nell’allocazione delle risorse, ottimizzando la redditività senza compromettere la qualità creativa

**Networking e visibilità**: partecipare a eventi di settore per valorizzare Playground e creare connessioni strategiche che generino nuove opportunità

**Comunicazione efficace con gli stakeholder**: condurre presentazioni di alto livello in modo chiaro e efficace per trasmettere concetti di design e strategie a clienti e a stakeholder
- Abilità e qualifiche

**Leadership nel design**: esperienza consolidata nella guida di team creativi, con specializzazione in UI/UX e digital experience design

**Gestione progettuale**:competenza nella definizione di stime, pianificazione delle risorse e mantenimento dell’equilibrio tra qualità creativa ed efficienza operativa

**Competenze tecniche avanzate**: padronanza dei design system, wireframing, prototipazione e visual design avanzato con strumenti come Figma; conoscenza approfondita della suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). La familiarità con After Effects e strumenti 3D (es. Blender) è un plus

**Conoscenze di sviluppo web**: basi nei principi di sviluppo front-end (HTML, CSS, framework JavaScript)

**Lingua inglese fluente** (livello B2)

**Empatia e ascolto attivo**: capacità di comprendere e valorizzare le esigenze tanto del team quanto dei clienti

**Leadership ispiratrice**:attitudine a promuovere una cultura di supporto e crescita, favorendo il confronto e il miglioramento continuo all’interno del team

**Comunicazione efficace**: eccellenti capacità di storytelling e di presentazione
