Il Packaging Development Program avrà durata di due anni e ti darà l’opportunità di lavorare in diverse funzioni della nostra organizzazione. Porta il tuo sviluppo professionale al livello successivo: entra a far parte del Packaging Development Program

**Per partecipare al programma, porta il tuo potenziale**

**Sei laureata/o in ingegneria o discipline STEM con massimo 3 anni di esperienza lavorativa?**

Con il Packaging Development Program potrai fare esperienze in diverse funzioni aziendali tra cui Sicurezza, Produzione, Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Sales, ecc.

**Sei fluente in inglese e magari anche in un’altra lingua europea?**

Con il Packaging Development Program avrai la possibilità di interfacciarti con colleghe e colleghi in tutte le regioni EMEA,

**Hai spirito di iniziativa e voglia di conoscere diverse realtà in Italia o all’estero?**

Con il Packaging Development Program, potrai sviluppare le tue doti di leadership e dotarti di un ampio bagaglio di esperienze, tramite almeno due rotazioni in due differenti posizioni in diversi stabilimenti IP in Italia o all’estero.

Inoltre offriamo un Piano di sviluppo creato _ad hoc_ per te, attraverso:

- un programma di mentoring per tutta la durata del programma;
- almeno due incontri all’anno con il General Manager Italia
- Learning experience internazionali
- Un ambiente lavorativo flessibile, collaborativo e inclusivo.
