**Role Mission**

To support the Finance Team in financial accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and commercial reporting matters for the Group.

The Group finance team are responsible for all financial accounting, statutory reporting and commercial reporting information for the group.

**This Includes**
- The preparation and provision of accurate, relevant, and timely management information.
- Ensuring deadlines are met for all accounting requirements of the Group.
- Ensuring that financial controls are in place for the Group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead accountant in our Ukrainian and Lithuanian entity
- Produce accurate and timely monthly financial information ensuring consistency of financial reporting, providing detailed supporting schedules.
- Preparation of Monthly Revenue / PoC calculations (Ukraine and Lithuania)
- Per diems control and calculation for employees in Lithuania
- Preparation of payroll ( Ukraine and Lithuania)
- Reconciliation of payroll (Ukraine and Lithuania)
- Customer support in a matter of documents management (through Vchasno/Nova poshta) in Ukrainian entity
- Documents filling
- Review FS prepared by local accountant in Ukraine
- Review and approval of bank & intercompany reconciliations each month.
- Preparation of weekly cash liquidity report for the Board
- Assist in the preparation of monthly commercial finance reports.
- Preparation and posting of monthly journals recurring journal such as accruals, prepayments etc
- Preparation on VAT & other Revenue processes
- Maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register
- Monthly management report preparation and reconciliation
- Support the CFO in producing consolidated annual budgets for the Group.
- Ensure accuracy of Creditor’s ledger.
- Support the CFO in the annual external audits and liaising with local accounting providers

**Required Skills**:

- ACA or ACCA Qualified accountant, with 2+ years’ experience post qualification
- Strong financial reporting experience. For example, experience in the preparation or auditing of financial statements
- Commercially astute with strong analytical skillset with ability to draw meaningful information from the data
- Experience with Revenue accounting in Processional Services/ PoC calculations
- Experience performing audits or preparing for and dealing with audit queries.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to develop working relationships with both the finance and commercial teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
- Big 4 / Top 10 experience an advantage, but not essential
