It is among the world’s major producers of tyres and associated services and the only one focused solely on the Consumer tyre market, which includes tyres for cars, motorcycles and bicycles.

We are looking for an HR Organization Analyst to join our HR Organization team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Organization He/ she will be involved both on daily activities as well as in the project management of the different global initiatives.

**He/she will be responsible for the following activities**:

- Drive organizational design, business process review and transformation projects directly interacting with business leaders and external partners;
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, roles and structure;
- Carry out internal/external benchmarks and analysis on organizational structures and processes, including sizing and costs analysis;
- Develop the change management approach and the communication plan for the implementation of the main processes and organizational changes;
- Update and maintain the job roles catalogue including main accountabilities, business performance metrics and KPIs, skills and competences;
- Collaborate with HR business partners and HR regional counterparts to efficiently define requirements and implement projects;
- Collaborate with Corporate functions in keeping updated the system of company boards composition and powers of attorney.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Problem solving and project management.
- Foreword thinking, initiative and drive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functionality.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma tools knowledge as a plus.
