**Responsabilità**:
Gestione e crescita dell’Area, garantendo la qualifica di Provider ECM. Identificare soluzioni progettuali e sviluppare strategie che mirino ad accrescere il business in area formazione professionale, in affiancamento all’area commerciale.

Contribuisce a crescere la cultura e delle soluzioni della propria area sui mercati di riferimento e internamente all’azienda.

**Attività**:

- Coordinamento di un team di CME Project Manager;
- Supervisione delle attività e distribuzione corretta dei carichi di lavoro all’interno del team;
- Supervisione periodica dello stato di avanzamento del progetto, in termini di costi e tempistiche e qualità;
- Gestione e controllo del budget dell’ufficio e dei singoli progetti;
- Verifica del rispetto di ciascuna fase d’accreditamento dei progetti ECM in base a quanto stabilito dai Decreti Legislativi in materia;
- Pianificazione di verifiche interne per accertare che tutte le attività aziendali, in qualità di provider ECM, siano conformi a quanto previsto da AGENAS;
- Gestione dei rapporti con l’ente certificatore;
- Monitoraggio dei trend del mercato e analisi delle esigenze dei clienti in ambito formazione professionale;
- Ideazione, sviluppo e proposta di progetti multidisciplinari di Educazione Continua in Medicina con il coinvolgimento di partner scientifici, accademici, istituzionali;
- Ideazione, sviluppo e proposta di progetti trasversali ad altre funzioni aziendali;
- Gestione rapporto con i clienti, key opinion leader, Istituzioni/Associazioni di settore, Società scientifiche,in sinergia con l’area commerciale, con l’obiettivo di incrementare e rafforzare la presenza dell’Azienda e del Gruppo sul mercato di riferimento;
- Stimolare il confronto tra le professionalità delle risorse interne all’Ufficio;
- Favorire il processo di comunicazione all’interno della propria area e le aree operative dell’azienda

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5-10 anni maturata nel settore healthcare o in media company o in contesti similari;
- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di persone, progetti Educazione continua in Medicina
- Laurea preferibilmente in discipline medico scientifiche;
- Familiarità nella gestione delle relazioni con Opinion Leader Società scientifiche nel settore lifesciences;
- Dimestichezza con l’utilizzo di strumenti e piattaforme digitali;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese
- Leadership;
- Passione per la conoscenza e l’evoluzione nell’ambito healthcare;
- Ottime doti relazionali e di comunicazione;
- Forti doti relazionali, di problem solving e di flessibilità;
- Orientamento al business;
- Curiosità per l’innovazione del sistema salute e di formazione professionale medico scientifica.
