La nostra azienda, situata a Trezzano sul Naviglio, nelle vicinanze di Milano, è alla ricerca di un Marketing Manager esperto per unirsi al nostro team. Se hai una consolidata esperienza nel settore del marketing, preferibilmente nel campo del retail e dei grandi magazzini, e sei pronto per una nuova sfida professionale, questa è l'opportunità che fa per te.

**Requisiti**:

- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza di Marketing, con una forte preferenza per esperienze nel settore del retail e dei grandi negozi.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle strategie di marketing, sia tradizionale che digitale.
- Capacità di analizzare i dati di mercato e sviluppare piani di marketing efficaci.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di leadership.
- Competenze nella gestione dei budget e nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.

**Responsabilità**:

- Sviluppare e implementare strategie di marketing per promuovere i prodotti e i servizi dell'azienda.
- Analizzare le tendenze di mercato e la concorrenza per identificare opportunità di crescita.
- Collaborare con il team di vendita per allineare le strategie di marketing agli obiettivi commerciali.
- Monitorare e analizzare le performance delle campagne di marketing, fornendo report e raccomandazioni per miglioramenti.
- Gestire il budget del marketing e assicurare l'efficienza delle spese.
- Coordinare eventi promozionali e altre attività di marketing per aumentare la visibilità del brand.
