Con più di 15 anni di esperienza, è oggi leader nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e per una delle società del gruppo, Renam, siamo alla ricerca di un Team Leader per il team di Technical Advising.
Renam s.r.l. è uno dei principali operatori in Italia nell'Asset Management e nel Technical Advising per impianti da fonti rinnovabili. Attiva da oltre un decennio, Renam è ora parte del gruppo BayWa r.e., leader a livello mondiale nello sviluppo, costruzione e gestione di impianti eolici e fotovoltaici.
La figura che stiamo ricercando si inserirà nel team tecnico e si occuperà di effettuare le attività di consulenza richieste dai clienti internazionali di Renam.
In particolare dovrà occuparsi di due diligence, progettazione, supporto allo sviluppo, perizie, analisi tecnico-economiche, ecc. attraverso la redazione di report, visite nel territorio e contatti con i clienti e i professionisti esterni che collaborano con Renam.
**Attività principali**:
- Analisi desk e in loco a supporto dello sviluppo di progetti fotovoltaici, eolici e di storage
- Interfaccia con i consulenti esterni e coordinamento delle loro attività
- Interfaccia con le funzioni Commerciale, Finanziaria e técnica per garantire un efficace scambio di informazioni
- Redazione di report di due diligence, report tecnici, etc.
Coordinamento e supervisione delle seguenti attività:
- progettazione;
- sviluppo di iniziative per i clienti;
- TDD;
- valutazioni tecniche;
- perizia per i clienti in caso di contenzioso civile;
- relazioni;
- project management / owner engineering durante la fase di sviluppo, progettazione e costruzione;
- ispezioni in loco;
- preparazione del budget e del calendario per ogni progetto;
- controllo della corretta organizzazione e dell'aggiornamento del VDR;
**Requisiti**:
- Saranno valutati per l’iter di selezione i profili che, dopo aver maturato almeno 5 anni nel ruolo, risulteranno in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
- Ottima conoscenza di SCADA e software di simulazione di producibilità (sia Wind che PV).
Costituisce requisito preferienziale il conseguimento di laurea in ingegneria ad indirizzo Ambientale, Elettrico, Elettronico, Meccanico od Aeronautico.
Completano il profilo:
- Ottime doti relazionali e spiccate doti comunicative.
- Ottime doti analitiche e di sintesi (problem solving).
- Capacità di lavorare in team (teamworking).
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte nazionali ed internazionali.
