Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical consulting, software development, or the Atlassian toolset
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills
  • Experience presenting solutions to customers based on provided requirements
  • Experience writing and contributing to technical reports
  • Experience implementing ITSM, ITIL, Agile, and PMP methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Self-starting, ambitious, and tenacious

Nice to Have

  • Experience with web integration using Rest APIs
  • Knowledge of the South Europe market, particularly the Italian market
  • Scripting experience with languages like Groovy or Python
