- Maintaining and growing the business within assigned customers.
- Managing the territory efficiently and orderly through effective business planning and implementation, including customer data input into field force CRM.
- Maintaining a strong, positive relationship with accounts at all relevant levels (Key Opinion Leaders) in the assigned territory
- Following the Company’s strategy, the person will be an expert in surgical products and support the sales force team with proper training and sales coaching.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5 or more years of sales of biotech/pharmaceutical / medical devices or other healthcare products.
- University Degree (biotech/engineering/healthcare)
- Knowledge of medical devices selling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with other departments within the organization and with people at all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Improves upon existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively transform.
- Interpersonal Skills: Effectively and productively engages with others and establishes trust, credibility, and confidence with others (e.g., works well across multi-functional account teams).
- Customer Orientation: Listens to customers, ensures commitments are met, and sets appropriate customer expectations.
