**Change Management - Roma**
- All'interno di una delle realtà più importanti nel mondo della consulenza; siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che dia il suo contributo all'interno della divisione strategica dell'azienda.

**_Le sfide:_**
- Fornire un moderno supporto per la gestione del cambiamento, lavorando i**n team multidisciplinari** per supportare il cliente che guida i risultati della gestione del cambiamento della trasformazione per la C-Suite attraverso la **leadership, le persone, il cloud, la tecnologia e il cambiamento del comportamento**.
- Progettare e fornire soluzioni innovative di comunicazione, apprendimento, gestione delle parti interessate e impatto organizzativo.
- Fornire supporto per la trasformazione delle risorse umane lavorando in team multidisciplinari per dotare le risorse umane di fornire alla forza lavoro esperienze che consentano alle aziende di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali e ottimizzare l'intero ecosistema di talenti. Progettare e fornire la mappa dei processi delle risorse umane, il modello operativo, la roadmap digitale e il percorso di trasformazione.
- **Progettare nuovi processi HR/aziendali in base ai requisiti del cliente**, abiliterai le tecnologie e preparerai e supporterai l'organizzazione durante l'implementazione
- Tradurre le esigenze dei clienti in offerte realizzabili e innovative, rimanendo pertinenti e in sintonia con la domanda del mercato e l'evoluzione tecnologica

**_Requisiti:_**
- **Hai una laurea magistrale e hai 2 o più anni **di esperienza relativa alla consegna di successo di progetti di trasformazione delle risorse umane o gestione del cambiamento
- Hai eccellenti capacità di comunicazione in inglese (scritto e parlato) e preferibilmente un buon livello di un'altra lingua straniera, ad es. Tedesco, francese, spagnolo o portoghese sarebbero una risorsa importante.
- Eventuali certificazioni e/o esperienze di **Digital/Project Management** saranno considerate un plus (ad es. ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, WalkMe, UiPath, Scrum Master, SAP 4/Hana, Salesforce, Powtoon o simili)
- Hai intraprendenza e passione per lavorare in un ambiente di lavoro in rapido movimento, innovativo e orientato alla tecnologia.
