**Posizione**:
Universo, ricerca per cliente operante nel settore **_Luxury Fashion_** un/una **Fashion Retail Manager** per la sede di **Scandicci** (Firenze).

La figura che ricerchiamo sarà responsabile di sviluppo, performance e costing del canale Retail

Cerchiamo una figura poliedrica, che interagisca con tutte le funzioni interne all’azienda fungendo come punto di riferimento per i partner e la rete distributiva.

**Attività**:

- pianificare a livello nazionale e internazionale le nuove aperture e le evoluzioni dei punti vendita;
- elaborare business plans;
- analizzare status e previsione del personale, delle attività dei punti vendita e della formazione dei Team.

**Offerta**:

- Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 12 mesi con assunzione diretta in azienda
- Finalità di stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato in azienda
- RAL fino a 35K circa (da commisurare a esperienza e competenze) + variabile su obiettivi
- Orario full time 40H dal lunedì alla domenica 5/7 gg

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese + altra lingua
- Background nel settore retail ed esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in ruoli analoghi
- Passione per il settore moda ed il contatto con la clientela
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali
- Capacità di analisi dei dati (excel)
