As Training & Education Specialist at Xilica, you'll present technical product training on our solutions to partners and end customers across the Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions, both in-person and virtually. You will take direct responsibility for the learner experience and ensure the full network of Xilica distributors are both highly-skilled on our solutions, and delivering their own localized trainings on a regular (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly) basis to customers in their local markets.

You will take ownership for the success of our in-person and virtual training programs through scheduling, coordination, assessment and reporting activities. You will also work with product specialists and solution engineering to continually refine training content, create new educational materials on our products, and contribute to product education initiatives. You should be fluent in English (although other languages are a plus, too) and willing to travel up to 75% of the time. **What you'll do**
- Collaborate with key distributor(s) in the territory to integrate Xilica as an essential vendor within their business, maintain mindshare, and drive engagement throughout their reseller network via strong in-person training activities.
- Present classroom sessions and virtual training courses to educate distribution partners, system integrators, consultants and end users on the benefits, features and differentiators of Xilica products.
- Work with alliance partners to develop co-education training on full solutions involving a wide range of premium audio-visual manufacturers.
- Coordinate and schedule distributor training events according to market needs on a regular basis, holding distributor briefings and post-event feedback sessions to measure success.
- Travel extensively to provide in-person trainings and build relationships with partners and potential customers.
- Manage the digital footprint of our training and certification initiative, including the LMS (Leaning Management System), training records in our CRM, and the provision of certificates, awards and recognition points (e.g. AVIXA RUs).
- Continually improve the training content on offer, including through refinement or the development of new content, and collaborate with sales, product management and customer solutions to add new learning pathways.
- Attend trade shows and events, staffing booths as required and provide on-site training to key end customers.

**What you'll need**
- Experience in a sales engineering or technical training role preferred.
- Knowledge of AVoIP - Dante mandatory, with other protocols (e.g. AVB) a strong plus.
- Consultative selling style with good knowledge of the audio-visual or unified communications markets.
- Experienced with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and other CRM tools.
- Deep relationship building ability and dedicated work ethic.
- Excellent time management and coordination skills.
- Presentable, conscientious with good attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and ability to travel up to 75% internationally.
- Bachelors or masters degree in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
